Pete at NoBull. went above and beyond during the build of our new corporate website, colleague reward hub and intranet. As part of a divestment, we needed to build everything from scratch, and we had extremely tight deadlines (8 weeks from start to finish, which included collating the content from within the business). Pete supported us by creating the sites, helping us to populate the sites with content, setting up the SSO integration & building a custom SharePoint document integration, and finally when we were testing them he went on to help us set-up reporting, so we could see how the sites and pages were performing. We couldn’t have managed it without Pete’s support and guidance. Nothing was too much trouble, he even worked late nights alongside us whilst we made the sites live. It didn’t stop there, as the support continued once the solutions were in place. Pete is on hand whenever there is an issue, or we need help as we make continual improvements.

Key Features and Functionalities

1. Website Development

Design Consistency: We developed a website that aligns with Stark Group’s design standards used in other countries, ensuring brand consistency and a unified digital presence. The new website features a modern, user-friendly interface that enhances user experience and engagement.

2. TalentLink Integration

Careers Page Enhancement: To streamline the recruitment process, we integrated TalentLink job search and application components into the careers page. This allows potential candidates to easily search for job openings and apply directly through the website, improving the overall recruitment efficiency.

3. Intranet Development

Full Content Migration: We conducted a comprehensive migration of all content from Saint-Gobain’s SharePoint to the new intranet. This ensured that all historical data and resources were preserved and easily accessible to Stark Group employees.

Azure SSO Integration: The new intranet incorporates Azure SSO, providing a seamless login experience for employees. This SSO integration also links to multiple third-party systems, allowing for streamlined access to various tools and resources.

SharePoint Integration: We integrated SharePoint within the intranet for directory and file access, ensuring that employees could easily find and manage documents. This integration leverages the strengths of SharePoint while providing a more user-friendly interface.

4. User Roles and Permission Control

Granular Permission Management: The intranet features a robust user role system, allowing for granular permission control. This ensures that employees have access to the information and tools relevant to their roles while maintaining security and data integrity.

5. Staff Tools

Holiday Requests: We developed an easy-to-use form for holiday requests, streamlining the process for employees and HR departments.

IT Support: An integrated IT support form allows employees to quickly request technical assistance, ensuring that IT issues are addressed promptly.

Employee Benefits and Savings Plans: The intranet includes tools for employees to access and manage their benefits and savings plans, providing a centralised location for important personal resources.
